How I Use This Accounting System 2.0

Each month I put all my receipts into an envelope and at the end of the month, I total up my gasoline, phone bills, supplies bought, postage paid and cash received etc. Then I enter these totals onto my accounting spreadsheet and my books are up to date for the previous month.

Anyone with just the basic knowledge of Excel and accounting will be up and running in a couple minutes. I wanted a simple system because while I wanted an accurate accounting system,
